Before you begin
The enrolment process is straightforward and takes around 10-15 minutes to complete online. To make it as smooth as possible, have the following information ready before you click through to the form.

What you'll need
Child's details
Full legal name, date of birth, gender, and home address.
Parent & guardian details
Names, contact numbers, email addresses, and relationship to child for all guardians.
Medicare & immunisation
Medicare card number and your child's immunisation history statement from the Australian Immunisation Register.
Medical information
Any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or special needs your child has.
Emergency contacts
At least two emergency contacts (other than parents/guardians) with phone numbers.
Preferred start date & days
Your preferred commencement date and which days of the week you'd like care.

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
Most families are eligible for the Australian Government's Child Care Subsidy, which can significantly reduce your out-of-pocket fees. You'll need your CRN (Customer Reference Number) and your child's CRN from Centrelink/myGov to claim CCS. We recommend setting this up before or shortly after enrolment.
